Paying your 2026 Recycling (Solid Waste) Fee

 Beginning in 2026, the annual Miami County Recycling (Solid Waste) fee will be included on your spring property tax bill. The fee amount will remain the same and appear as a separate line item on your tax statement. This change only affects how the fee is billed and paid, it does not impact recycling (solid waste) services.

Credit card payments are optional and processed through PayTRUST Solutions, Inc. A convenience fee will be added to your total.

A $20 fee will be charged for:

Closed accounts

Returned checks due to non-sufficient funds (NSF)

 The Miami County Recycling (Solid Waste) fee for 2022-2025 was billed directly to residents. The payment options listed here are only available for balances from those years.

Credit card payments are optional and processed through RECO.  A convenience fee applies to all credit/debit card or e-check payments. This amount is charged by the credit card processing company, not the District. 

The District does NOT offer over the phone payments.
